Steps to Clear Cache

Note: Remember opening a Web page after clearing the cache will be slightly slow the first time you visit your favorite Web pages. But now you have a clean, fresh, up-to-date cache of the Web site.

Internet Explorer 6
Click Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies, OK; click Delete Files, OK; click the Privacy tab, Advanced button; verify that the Override automatic cookie handling check box is checked; verify that Always also session cookies check box is checked' click OK, OK; close Internet Explorer; reopen Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer 7
Click Tools, Internet Options; under the Browsing history, click Delete, Delete Files, Yes; click Delete cookies, Yes, Close; from the Privacy tab, click the Advanced button; verify that the Override automatic cookie handling check box is checked; verify that the Always also session cookies check box is checked; click OK, OK; close Internet Explorer (all tabs must be closed); reopen Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer 8
Click Tools, Internet Options; from the General tab, under the Browsing history, click Delete to delete temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web form information; from the Delete Browsing History dialog box, check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies checkboxes; click Delete; from the Privacy tab, click the Advanced button; verify that Override automatic cookie handling is checked; verify that Always also session cookies is checked' click OK, OK; close Internet Explorer (all tabs must be closed); reopen Internet Explorer.

Chrome
Click the Tools wrench icon at the top right of browser window; click Tools, Clear browsing data...; under Obliterate the following items from, click the desired choice; check Empty the cache and any other desired choices; click Clear browsing data; close the browser window. Close Chrome and reopen Chrome.

Mozilla Firefox Browser Version 3.0 (Windows XP or Vista)
Click Tools, Options, Privacy; under Firefox will, click Use custom settings for history; verify that Accept cookies from sites and Accept third-party cookies are checked; click the Show Cookies button; click the Remove All Cookies button; click Close, OK; close Mozilla-Firefox Browser (all tabs must be closed); reopen Mozilla-Firefox Browser

Mozilla Firefox Browser (MAC)
Click Firefox (at the top left), Preferences; from the Privacy tab, verify that Accept cookies from sites is checked; click Show Cookies; click Remove All Cookies; close the window; close the window; quit Firefox by clicking on Firefox (at the top left); click Quit Firefox (all tabs must be closed); reopen Mozilla-Firefox browser.
