Make sure your computer speakers are on and your volume is
up, and click any movie to being play immediately.
When the movie is playing, mouse over the bottom of the
screen and drag on the edge of the green Play bar to move
forward in the movie.

To pause the movie, click anywhere over the screen. To
resume play, click the blue Pause bars or drag one of
the blue left or right arrows to move forward and backward
in one-second increments in the movie and then click the
blue Pause bars.
